Related to Feed / Speed Rate for Harvest Nano Zirconia, all these components really matter related to optimal Speed / Feed:
- Tooling - Type and quality of tools matter a lot
- Machine Specs - Spindle Speed, Rigidity etc.
- Quality of your Zirconia - The binderless Harvest Nano Zirconia has superior performance with more aggressive milling strategies, however the above 2 points are critical.
Then... you will need to nerd out on - Chip Load - See this in depth article by expert Greg Everett here
Greg Everett recommends a good starting point for Chip Load is 0.03mm... then test your milling strategy and adjust from there.
