1. Design the digital die model without undercuts for 3D printing
2. Include your dies in your CAM software and create at least 3 connectors per die
3. You can mill Trivest CAM ¨wet¨ or ¨dry¨
4. Use your same milling strategy as you do with Zirconia. You can use Composite strategy as an alternative.
5. Once the milling process is done, cut the dies, smooth the connectors, and place the dies in the model.
6. In case it´s needed, rework the anti-twist rim.
Don´t forget:
- Use your same diamond coated milling burrs that you use with Zirconia
- For the "feed-speed" setting you may want to choose a "soft" or "slow" setting.
- You don´t need to do a degas firing, we did it for you.
- Start the wash firing immediately with your ceramic
- Do the layering as usual
- To detach the veneer from the die, sandblast with glass beads.
